Are you going in the right general direction spiritually, but trusting the wrong thing? In this sermon on Romans 9:31-10:21, we discover that you don’t get right with God by trying harder. You get right with God by trusting Christ. You can be sincere, religious, and passionate, yet still miss the very salvation God freely offers. Jesus didn't make a down payment on your salvation so you could earn the rest; He paid it all, bringing rescue within your reach if you will simply surrender and call on His name. But once we receive this good news, we are called to pass it on: saved people share the message so others can hear, believe, and be saved too.
