what is Food for Families?
Food for Families is Mission City Church’s Thanksgiving outreach where we get to provide a Thanksgiving meal for people in our city through Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries. Our mission is to provide meals for 1200 families this year with three different opportunities to get involved!

For $56 we are able to provide each family with a turkey, sides, a Bible, and share the Gospel with them.

Students Pack and Pass Out Boxes
Day 1:
On Nov 21st, students and student leaders will meet at Hill Country Daily Bread to begin building boxes and distribute boxes to families who chose to pick up the box themselves.

Pack and Pass Out Boxes
Day 2:
On Nov 22nd, we will meet at Hill Country Daily Bread where we will pack the remaining boxes in 2 hour shifts starting at 12:30 pm.
Delivery
On Nov 23rd, you will be given boxes and a map to deliver boxes to local families in need throughout the greater NW San Antonio region.
