what is Food for Families?
Food for Families is Mission City Church’s Thanksgiving outreach where we get to provide a Thanksgiving meal for people in our city through Agora Ministries. Our mission is to donate as many meals as possible for families throughout San Antonio.
Sponsor a Family
For $56 we are able to provide each family with a turkey, sides, a Bible and share the Gospel with them. Our goal is to provide food for 1200 families!
Pack Boxes
On November 22nd after the second service, we will begin packing the boxes to provide families with a Thanksgiving meal.
Pass Out and Delivery
After all of the boxes have been packed, we will load up our cars and drive them to a designated area assigned by Agora Ministries. Once you arrive at your location, you will receive the specific addresses in the community to deliver the Thanksgiving meals.
